These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by 7even Generations LLC (“Company”). By engaging our courier, testing, or logistics services, you agree to the following:

1. Services Provided

  • Medical courier services, including secure transport of specimens, supplies, and records

  • DOT and Non-DOT drug and alcohol testing services

  • Legal courier, parcel delivery, and secure handling services

 

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and documentation

  • Ensure specimens and materials are properly prepared for transport

  • Comply with all applicable federal and state regulations

  • Notify us promptly of scheduling changes or cancellations

 

3. Company Responsibilities

  • Deliver services with accuracy, fairness, and integrity

  • Maintain compliance with DOT, OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulations

  • Ensure secure handling and timely delivery of all materials

  • Provide trained, certified personnel for all services

 

4. Limitations of Liability

  • We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control

  • We are not responsible for inaccurate or incomplete information provided by clients

  • Liability for lost or damaged items is limited to documented value and applicable insurance coverage

 

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed

  • Late payments may incur fees

  • Certain services may require deposits or prepayment

 

6. Compliance

  • All services are performed in accordance with DOT (49 CFR Part 40), OSHA, HIPAA, and state regulations

  • Clients must adhere to applicable compliance requirements when engaging our services

 

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with written notice

  • The Company reserves the right to refuse service for non-compliance or unsafe conditions

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

 

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
